Set within indigenous mopane woodland, Insika Lodge offers you a relaxed and elegant start to the adventure, combining natural beauty, cultural warmth, and easy access to the surrounding river and waterfall experiences.
You stay in a Signature Room designed for comfort and relaxation, with a private veranda, scenic views, a king-size XL bed, air conditioning, a reading nook, workstation, bar fridge, tea and coffee station, and a spacious bathroom with a couples shower, oversized bathtub, twin vanity, and private toilet.
During your stay, you can ease into the journey with luxury sunrise and sunset cruises, guided waterfall tours, helicopter flights, village visits, sunrise yoga cruises, and optional adventure activities such as white-water rafting, zip-lining, and bungee jumping. Around the lodge, you can unwind at the spa, cool off in the infinity pool, watch wildlife at the waterhole, or gather around the firepit in the evening.
Transfers & Flights: You transfer from Victoria Falls International Airport (VFA) to Insika Lodge.
Remote Northern Wilderness
You then continue into a more remote safari setting, where open grasslands, natural springs, and wildlife-rich water points shape the landscape. Hwange Bush Camp gives you an authentic semi-permanent tented safari experience, with a strong sense of old-world exploration and direct connection to the surrounding bush.
You stay in a Bush Chalet, with the camp offering seven en-suite tents, a shaded lounge and dining area, a bar, firepit, solar power, and a central charging station. The atmosphere is simple, comfortable, and intentionally close to nature, allowing you to experience the wilderness without unnecessary distraction.
Your activities focus on strong game viewing in open 4×4 safari vehicles, often combined with guided walking safaris led by professional guides. On foot, you slow down and engage with the smaller details of the bush, from spoor and vegetation to animal behaviour and ecosystem patterns. Extended walking options and fly-camp experiences may also be available for a deeper wilderness encounter.
Transfers & Flights: You transfer from Insika Lodge to Victoria Falls International Airport, fly to Robins Airstrip, and continue by road transfer to Hwange Bush Camp.
Untamed Wilderness Escape
Your safari moves deeper into a quieter and more exclusive wilderness area, where the experience becomes more stripped back, intimate, and adventurous. Jozibanini Camp offers you a throwback safari style, where days begin with coffee by the fire and evenings unfold under wide, star-filled skies.
You stay in simple yet comfortable bush accommodation, with raised tents overlooking the camp waterhole and open-air en-suite bathrooms. The camp is designed around the luxury of simplicity, with outdoor dining, campfire living, and a special star-bed option that allows you to sleep under the night sky from your private deck.
Here, your pace changes. You spend time on guided walks, quiet nature trails, game drives, and relaxed afternoons watching wildlife from the Look-Up hide. You can also enjoy mountain biking, a rare safari activity in this setting, and spend time in the specialised underground blind, which gives you a unique perspective on wildlife moving through the area.

Open Plains Safari
You then continue to a private concession known for open scenery, productive wildlife movement, and a wide range of safari activities. Bomani Tented Lodge gives you a more flexible safari rhythm, where each day can be shaped around your interests, whether you prefer game drives, hides, community experiences, or conservation-focused encounters.
You stay in a Saddlebill Tent with a raised teak deck and sweeping views across the surrounding plains. Each tent includes comfortable bedding, a standing fan, an en-suite shower, toilet, basin, and a private deck that keeps you close to the landscape.
Your activities include day and night game drives, time in a look-up viewing blind, community visits, and opportunities to experience white rhino through conservation-led activities. You may also arrive or depart using the Elephant Express rail car, adding a memorable and distinctive travel experience to this stage of your journey.
A nearby village visit gives you insight into rural daily life, with opportunities to visit a local school and connect with community initiatives when available. This stage combines wildlife, landscape, conservation, and culture in a well-rounded safari experience.

Dramatic Wilderness Finale
Your final safari chapter takes you into a dramatic wilderness setting shaped by dry riverbeds, escarpment views, and strong wildlife movement. Kavinga Safari Camp offers you a quiet and remote finale, with a powerful sense of space and excellent opportunities for game viewing, photography, and guided exploration.
You stay in a raised tent positioned along the edge of the landscape, with views across the valley floor. Each tent is designed for privacy and airflow, with flexible bed arrangements, an en-suite bathroom, insect-repellent gauze, and a private veranda where you can sit quietly and absorb the surrounding wilderness.
Your days can include game drives, night drives, bush walks, birding, general game viewing, and stargazing. One of the camp’s standout features is the safe and comfortable photographic hide at the waterhole, giving you a 180-degree view of wildlife activity. During the day, you may watch herds of game and birdlife, while after sunset you may see predators and nocturnal species moving through the area.
