You stay in a Bush Chalet on a full-board basis with game activities included. The lodge is built into an ancient Bushman shelter, with each room designed around the natural rock formations. The setting feels intimate, atmospheric, and deeply connected to the surrounding landscape.
During your stay, you can enjoy rhino tracking by vehicle or on foot, cultural and historical excursions, guided walks, village visits, hikes to San rock art sites, and visits to famous historical viewpoints. Classic Wilderness Safari
You then continue into a more traditional safari setting, where luxury tented accommodation and old-world hospitality meet the wild atmosphere of Hwange. Khulu Bush Camp is intimate and secluded, overlooking an ancient riverbed that attracts wildlife and birdlife directly in front of camp.
You stay in a Safari Tent on a full-board basis with game activities included. The camp offers spacious and private accommodation with thoughtful comforts, including en-suite facilities, inside and outside showers, Nespresso machines, minibars, and a relaxed bush atmosphere.
Your days can include morning, afternoon, and full-day game drives on the concession and into the national park. Wildlife sightings may include elephant, lion, giraffe, cheetah, zebra, sable, wild dog, leopard, and many other species. Evening drives on the concession may include sundowners followed by spotlighting for nocturnal wildlife.
Walking safaris are also available on the private concession, weather permitting. You may also visit the Painted Dog Conservation Centre, local communities, or spend quiet time at pan sits and the photographic hide. You then pause at a refined lodge close to one of Africa’s most iconic natural landmarks. Insika Lodge offers you a comfortable and elegant stay set within indigenous mopane woodland, combining restful lodge time with easy access to river and waterfall experiences.
You stay in a Signature Room on a bed and breakfast basis. Your room includes a private veranda, scenic views, a reading nook, workstation, stocked bar fridge, tea and coffee station, king-size XL bed, air conditioning, and a spacious bathroom with a couples shower, oversized bathtub, twin vanity, and private toilet.
During your stay, you can enjoy sunrise and sunset cruises, guided waterfall tours, helicopter flights, village visits, sunrise yoga cruises, and optional adventure activities such as white-water rafting, zip-lining, and bungee jumping. Around the lodge, you can unwind at the spa and sauna, cool off in the infinity pool, watch wildlife at the waterhole, or gather around the firepit beneath the stars.

Your journey then continues into Botswana’s exceptional delta wilderness, where land and water activities combine to create a varied safari experience. Camp Xakanaxa is positioned on the banks of the Khwai River and Xakanaxa Lagoon, giving you access to one of the few areas that offers authentic year-round land and water game viewing.
You stay in a Luxury Safari Tent on a full-board basis with game activities included. Each classic Meru-style tent has en-suite shower, hand basin, toilet facilities, and a private viewing deck with comfortable loungers. The camp maintains the atmosphere of a traditional tented safari while still offering comfort and attentive service.
The main areas are raised to maximise views over surrounding lagoons and islands, with a lounge, dining area, library, sundeck, plunge pool, swimming pool, sala with day bed, bar, fire deck, and multiple indoor and outdoor dining spaces.
Your safari activities include guided game drives in open 4×4 vehicles, motorised boat safaris, and birdwatching. The surrounding habitats include riverine forest, open savannah, channels, and seasonal floodplains, supporting elephant, buffalo, hyena, giraffe, hippo, wildebeest, kudu, lechwe, lion, leopard, and abundant birdlife.

You stay in an Island Bush Chalet on a full-board basis with game activities included. The chalets are positioned around the island, with lagoon-facing decks and en-suite facilities. The lodge’s open-sided lounge, bar, and dining areas sit beneath Ebony and African Mangosteen trees, while the swimming pool offers a quiet place to relax between activities.
Your activities focus on the waterways and islands of the delta. You can explore by mokoro, motorboat, and guided nature walks, giving you a close view of birdlife, plants, reptiles, and the delicate ecosystems that define the area. Catch-and-release fishing for bream and tiger fish may also be available seasonally.
The lagoon-side viewing deck is ideal for sunsets, while the campfire and floating dining deck, weather permitting, add to the sense of place. This final stay brings the itinerary to a peaceful close through water-based exploration, quiet island living, and classic delta atmosphere.
