Days 1 - 3

Mpala Jena | Zambezi National Park, Victoria Falls (2 Nights)

Luxury Riverside Safari Arrival

Your journey begins with a refined safari arrival along a beautiful riverfront setting, where luxury, wildlife, and easy access to iconic natural experiences come together. Mpala Jena offers you an intimate start to the adventure, positioned within a private concession where a natural spring line attracts wildlife throughout the year, especially during the drier months.

You stay in a Double Room on a full-board basis with game activities included. The camp is set beneath indigenous trees and offers a small, exclusive atmosphere with tented guest suites, family suites, villas nearby, a dining area, bar, lounge, swimming pool, eco-conscious facilities, and Wi-Fi.

During your stay, you can enjoy professionally guided wildlife viewing in open safari vehicles, guided walks, and seasonal boat cruises, depending on water levels. You also have the opportunity to visit the nearby waterfall town, with a half-day guided waterfall tour included for guests staying two or more nights.

For additional adventure, you may choose from high-adrenaline and cultural experiences, including white-water rafting, high-wire activities, cultural village tours, guided historical high tea, or time exploring the lively tourism town at your own pace.

Days 3 - 6

Somalisa Camp | Hwange National Park (3 Nights)

Award-Winning Tented Safari

You then continue into a celebrated safari landscape known for rich biodiversity and strong wildlife concentrations. Somalisa Camp gives you a luxurious yet authentic tented safari experience, where elegant design blends with the natural elements of the bush.

You stay in a Luxury Tented Suite on a full-board basis with game activities included. Each suite combines comfort and sophistication, with a wood-burning fireplace, copper slipper-style bath, king-size bed, indoor and outdoor showers, and a private viewing deck where you can watch the surrounding wilderness from your own space.

The camp is set under the shade of an acacia grove and features an inviting bar, swimming pool, firepit, shared lounge, and the famous Elephant Pool, where you may enjoy remarkable close-up elephant encounters from a safe position. The camp is solar-powered and sustainability-focused, with a water purification system that recycles much of its water.

Your activities include game drives, birding excursions, walking safaris, and cultural visits. You may also experience a romantic sleep-out under the stars, set on a treehouse platform overlooking a waterhole. During your stay, you can also visit local foundation projects and learn more about community and conservation initiatives connected to the area.

Transfers & Flights: You transfer from Mpala Jena to Victoria Falls International Airport, fly to Manga Airstrip, and continue by transfer to Somalisa Camp.

Days 6 - 9

Fothergill | Matusadona National Park (3 Nights)

Land and Water Wilderness

Your journey continues to a scenic lakeshore wilderness where safari experiences unfold across both land and water. Fothergill offers you a luxury safari retreat shaped by floodplains, mopani woodland, mountain views, and a strong conservation connection.

You stay in a Bush Chalet on a full-board basis with game activities included. The lodge blends into its natural environment through intimate camps and elegant shared spaces, including lounges, dining areas, a library, bar, and swimming pool. The setting is designed for comfort while keeping you closely connected to the surrounding wilderness.

Your activities include guided game drives in open 4×4 vehicles, walking safaris, boat excursions, birdwatching, fishing, and sunset cruises. On land, you may encounter lion, elephant, buffalo, zebra, and antelope across the floodplains. Along the lake, you may see hippo, crocodile, and rich birdlife.

Boat excursions through dramatic gorge scenery add a distinctive water-based dimension to your safari, while sunset cruises allow you to end the day with panoramic views, sundowners, and light refreshments in a peaceful wilderness setting. The lodge also supports conservation and restoration work through its partnership with African Parks.

Transfers & Flights: You transfer from Somalisa Camp to Manga Airstrip, fly to Fothergill Airstrip, and continue by transfer to Fothergill for your stay.

Days 9 - 12

Mana Sands Main Camp | Mana Pools National Park (3 Nights)

Private Floodplain Luxury

You then move into a secluded luxury camp overlooking a vast floodplain and distant escarpment views. Mana Sands Main Camp offers you a refined safari experience with privacy, elegant tented accommodation, and immersive access to one of Zimbabwe’s most iconic wilderness areas.

You stay in a Luxury Tented Suite on a full-board basis with game activities included. Each suite offers an extra-length super king-size bed, glass sliding doors, a private deck, plunge pool, floodplain views, indoor and outdoor showers, double vanities, freestanding bathtub, air conditioning, mosquito netting, private lounge area, and refined natural interiors.

The open-air main lodge includes comfortable lounge spaces, a central swimming pool, boutique shop, and relaxed bush bar for sundowners and fireside evenings. Meals are thoughtfully prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients and may be served in scenic settings, including bush breakfasts, riverside picnics, fireside dinners, and safari sundowners.

Your activities include guided game drives, walking safaris, canoe safaris, sunset boat cruises, catch-and-release fishing, and birdwatching. You explore wildlife-rich floodplains and forests in search of elephant, lion, wild dog, and other iconic species, while river-based activities give you peaceful encounters with hippo, birdlife, and wildlife along the water’s edge.

Transfers & Flights: You transfer from Fothergill to Fothergill Airstrip, fly to Mana West Airstrip, and continue by transfer to Mana Sands Main Camp.

Days 12 - 15

Tembo Plains Camp | Mana Pools National Park (3 Nights)

Exclusive Photographic Safari

Your final safari chapter takes you into an exclusive private reserve along the river, where luxury, photography, and exceptional wildlife viewing come together. Tembo Plains Camp is inspired by elephant movement and ancient stone design, combining canvas, stone walls, and elegant Great Plains styling.

You stay in a Suite on a full-board basis with game activities included. Each suite offers a private indoor lounge, outdoor swimming pool, wide veranda, exercise bike, outdoor dining area, handmade bathtub, indoor and outdoor showers, air conditioning, solar power, charging facilities, and 24-hour electricity. Each suite also includes a professional camera with lenses and high-quality binoculars for use during your stay.

Your safari experience is flexible and tailored around your interests. Activities include early morning and late afternoon game drives, guided walking opportunities, canoeing, boating, birdwatching, and catch-and-release fishing. The camp’s custom-built safari vehicles are designed for comfort and photography, with fold-down windscreens, raised roofs, photographic bars, reference books, drinks, snacks, and charging points.

Wildlife encounters may include Elephant, Lion, Leopard, Hyena, Wild dog, Buffalo, Eland, Zebra, and other plains game. The area is also excellent for birdwatching, especially in the early morning and late afternoon. With strong guiding and a private setting, this final stay gives you an exclusive and highly personalized end to your luxury safari.

Transfers & Flights: You transfer from Mana Sands Main Camp to Sapi Reserve and proceed to Tembo Plains Camp.

Departure Day

After your final morning in the wilderness, you check out from Tembo Plains Camp, ending your journey. The adventure concludes with a transfer to Sapi Reserve followed by a flight to Victoria Falls where you will catch your departure flight.
