“Great lodge in Victoria Falls! Convenient location to move around the city both on foot and with the free shuttle that provides the hotel. Inside it is a real oasis of peace only for the many helicopters that turn but this is not the fault of the hotel. Rooms equipped with everything bathrooms grandi.ottimo Service and more than helpful staff! Special thanks to chef Pioeh who, given his Italian knowledge, organized a dinner based on Neapolitan pizza! Very good! “Even though the lodge is very new Godfrey and his wonderful crew made us feel very welcome and catered to our every need with a genuine smile and efficiency. The lodge is very central and beautifully laid out with several pools and amazing gardens. I recommend a stay without any reservation. Also you must visit their stunning cafe – Lookout Cafe. “We were lucky enough to be amongst the first guests to arrive at Waterfalls Lodge. Our three night stay was fabulous from arrival to departure, the staff were always there to see that our every need was met, It was refreshing to see Godfrey Dzingayi (General Manager) each day to ensure that all guests were well taken care of. The Reception Staff (especially Hope) were always up to date with our itinerary, organizing shuttles when required at the appropriate times. The food selections, and availability is limited at the moment but every new property has initial bugs, and as were there in the low season I am sure that with the existing enthusiastic staff they have now that these will easily be remedied.” Date of stay: July 2025
