Wonderful experience
“Tsowa was the first of 3 game camps that we visited. It was such a wonderful experience that I was worried that the other camps we stayed at would be disappointing. Thank goodness this was not the case, but Tsowa was hard to beat. The accommodations were beautiful, the location was perfect, and the staff were beyond welcoming. It was nice to have a boat drive as well as a land drive. And the game guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. I was an amazing experience, and I highly recommend staying on the island.”

“Our stay at Tsowa Island was nothing short of memorable, extraordinary, relaxing… I could go on. From the moment we arrived via boat to the island we were whisked away into a tranquil oasis. Gary & his team looked after us (and all guests) to a level that is hardly seen nowadays. The ‘tents’ had everything you needed (I’m not a camper at all). Morning flasks of hot water delivered for you to enjoy your morning coffee on the desk- watching the sunrise, listening to the animals, watching the great Zambezi River go by right in front of you.”

“This was our last stop before flying back, after several days enjoying the dust and heat of the savanna. And what a place this is!! Seeing, hearing and feeling the Zambezi River so close was like a blessing! The lodge is on an island that feels like an oasis. The main area and the tents are all built as if they were part of the canopy and they are so nicely fitted and with such magnificent views to the river, that it felt like being in paradise.”
