Unforgettable stay at the Tanyati house
From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with a heartfelt “welcome home,” and they truly make you feel like it is your home throughout your stay. It was an incredible experience. The food is outstanding, and they happily accommodate any dietary requirements.
The heated infinity pool overlooking the Zambezi is breathtaking. A sunset cruise on the river, spotting hippos, birds, and other wildlife, was a real highlight. While all of these experiences were special, the true standout was the staff. Chi Chi and her entire team made everything unforgettable.
We ended our stay with a traditional boma dinner to celebrate my father’s retirement—an evening filled with music, dancing, laughter, and fantastic food.
If you are visiting Livingstone for Victoria Falls, this is an absolute must-stay. We will definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived at Tanyati, the service was on point in every way. Every single staff member was helpful, accommodating and genuinely warm, Chici and Trevor in particular looked after us so well and made us feel truly at home.
The kitchen blew us away. Every meal, breakfast, lunch and dinner, felt like a fine dining experience. Exceptional quality, every single time.
