“We stayed one night at one of the three campsites. It was so beautiful that we would have loved to stay another night, but unfortunately, we had to move on. As we were the only guests at the campsite, we had the whole place to ourselves. The campsites are facing the river, and you can enjoy the sight and sound of the hippos, day and night 🙂 The firewood is provided and we enjoyed our meal by the fire and listened to the sounds of our surroundings.” Date of stay: May 2024

“We had a fantastic time there. Owners Quintin & Tessa with their friendly and helpful staff are really dedicated to give you a lifetime experience. Great hospitality! Superb food and day and night game drives and boat trips completed a beautiful holyday. We visited several other lodges but found Kasabushi Camp definitely the top one. And: no tsetses at all! “We had a wonderful stay at Kasabushi Camp. The location of the camp on the Kafue River is idyllic. Fresh wood for a campfire every evening, which rounds off the atmosphere. The game drives were super exciting and Quentin did everything he could to ensure we saw as many animals as possible. We learned a lot about African animals.
