The 10 rooms are nestled into the stunning gardens, in close proximity to local amenities. Butiama Bustani Hotel is situated close to Kilindoni main town on the edge of the Marine Park. It is a 5-minute drive from Mafia Airstrip.

Butiama Bustani Hotel consists of comfy double and twin rooms each furnished with locally made furniture. The verandah is adorned with comfortable chairs where you can sit and enjoy spectacular views of the swimming pool and the garden as the evening draws on sunset. A resort for total relaxation
The resort is for total relaxation – beach life, sits on sofa by the beach chilling. You can go on excursion/ diving trips with the resort. At times I found it hard to book excursion to fit in with the scuba diving since its highly dependent on tides. Resort itself is lovely with a great view at the ocean front. Room itself is really good, spacious and clean. The bed is really comfortable! Food is surprisingly delicious! Staffs are really nice and helpful. Find it quite surprising that you need to pay for water and WIFI despite it is not a cheap resort.

Lovely Place
I stayed 5 nights in a tent and I loved every minute of my stay. Even before arriving, communication with the hotel was great & they were extremely helpful throughout. The tents are nice, comfy beds, cleaned daily & sprayed for mosquitoes every evening. The facilities were close & always clean. The food was always great! I cannot thank Simon especially & the whole team for making this such a pleasant stay. I‘m pretty sure i‘ll be back!
