With such affordable rates it is definitely worth springing for the sea view bungalows, with number 4 being the highlight! All of these bungalows are spacious and airy with big doors that open up the whole front of the room, letting in that fresh sea breeze. All en-suite, these rooms are charmingly decorated in a modern traditional style and are just a stone’s throw away from the beach, meaning you have the sound of the Indian Ocean waves to lull you to sleep.

Fantastic small hotel
We have stayed at many great hotels – big and small – all over the world, but this small guest house is an absolute favorite of ours. The staff is friendly, smiling and relaxed, the breakfast is really nice with a great variety, the location has a fantastic view over the ocean, and the rooms and the structure itself are beautifully made with high end materials. Everything is well thought through, maintained and clean. So beautiful, we will definitely be back!

The best guesthouse in Tofo
We have been in Baia Sonambula during our stay in Tofo. The guesthouse is amazing: 30 mt from the beach, with a wonderful view of the bay. There are different rooms: we have been in the garden view and the bungalow. The second is much better, bigger and with a splendid view. The common areas are super nice, the living room and the terrace where they serve the breakfast or you can have an aperitive at the sundown. Highly recommend

Our stay at Baia Sonambula was amazing. The room, sea view bungalow 4, was the best room we have ever stayed it. The design, view, finishing touches and comfort were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, fresh and served with a smile.
