  • Amazing camp, staff, and wildlife

The wildlife sightings while at this camp were exceptional! We told our guide we would like to see a honey badger, aardvark, and painted dogs because they were so uncommon and he delivered all three in less than 24 hours. This was the only place we saw a honey badger and aardvark in 3 trips to Africa.

  • The camp we enjoyed the most – perfect!

We stayed in a family room and really enjoyed this place. The key reason we enjoyed this more than the other camps – because Kanana is located in a private concession and was the only camp around – other camps have vehicles zooming everywhere and felt busy, even the sister camp to Kanana, Okuti which was still located remotely in the Okavango Delta, didn’t compare. Great food and hospitality, I would highly recommend.

  • Colonial Style, Comfort and Service with a Touch of Luxury

Another great lodge, this time in the Okavango delta. Kanana is a wet camp right on the water way. Wildlife abounds. Birdlife everywhere. We got up close and personal with a female Leopard for about an hour on the last day. The rookery needs to be see to be believed. Fishing was great fun.
