A warm welcome to Zambia! On your arrival at Lusaka International Airport, you will connect with your domestic flight to Lower Zambezi, meet and greet followed by guided road transfers to Chiawa Camp. You will stay here for the first three nights on your tour. Chiawa Camp sits right in the heart of the Zambezi River. The longest standing camp in the park, it is still considered a favourite to many who visit and over the years has expanded and become a luxury haven. It blends beautifully into its surroundings and with the experience and expertise of the owners, staff and guides combined they make sure every visitor feels right at home – you won’t ever want to leave this little piece of paradise.

Next you will head to Old Mondoro. A smaller camp with everything you want to get out of a safari experience, Old Mondoro is the sister camp of Chiawa Camp. Whilst not as luxurious it is where comfort meets authenticity, offering a genuine and intimate Safari to its guests. Concentrating on the wildlife that surrounds the area the camp boasts extraordinary guides to maximize your experience.

Located on a rocky ridge, the lodge offers guests glorious, and possibly the best views over the Luangwa Valley where the floodplain is adorned with endless wildlife. The 8 rooms are large and spacious with everything you could need including your own plunge pool. Puku Ridge offers both game drives and walking safaris with top class guides who will WOW you with their knowledge of the bush.

You will now head to Johannesburg to spend a night at The Peech Hotel before you proceed to Vilanculos for your beach relaxation.
