Day 1-5

South Luangwa National Park | Chikunto Safari Lodge

First you head to the famous valley of the leopards, South Luangwa National Park, to stay at the gorgeous Chikunto Safari Lodge for 4 nights. Right on the banks of the Luangwa River, there is abundant wildlife and very few other lodges in the area so you should have all the views to yourself!

Enjoy some excellent big cat sightings as well as huge herds of elephants, pods of hippo, plenty of birds and the famous endemic Thornicroft giraffe.

Day 5-9

Likoma Island, Lake Malawi | Kaya Mawa

Fly over Malawi to Likoma Island for your last 4 nights of island paradise, soaking in the Malawian sunshine and enjoying island life at Kaya Mawa Lodge.

Each unique room is built into and dotted around the water’s edge. Relax with a cocktail, soak in those views, have a massage, or take to the lake and the island to explore the underwater world and Malawian culture with a little more vigour!

Day 9

End of itinerary

End of your tour! You will be transferred to Likoma Airport for your flight to Lilongwe to connect with your flight back home.
