Inspired by the stunning surrounding scenery the food here is excellent, with a variety of restaurants and bars available you can find everything from the perfect wine from the vineyards to the best high tea in the city. They have it all covered from picnics along the walking trails to lunch helicopter tours across the city, craft beer tasting with paired canapés to a tasting menu of a journey through the Cape. Cape Town is well known for its excellent food and wine and the 12 Apostles is a great place to sample this.
Rooms
There are many room types here from facing the mountains or ocean to the luxurious suites. Each room has decedent large beds with luxurious sheets, plus en-suite bathrooms and a host of in room amenities. Sorted by size some have private balconies, others verandas and the larger suites their own butler! The rooms are very comfortable and classy and make for an elegant treat in the city.
Location
Hidden in the mountains surrounding Cape Town although the quiet and peaceful surrounding suggest you are far from the city centre it is just a 10-15 minute drive. The attractions of Cape Town are spread across the city and this base is perfectly located to be close to most of the main ones. You have immediate access to the 12 Apostle Mountains part of the Table Mountain National Park which gives you great hiking routes, after indulging in some of the city’s incredible food and wine and of course is not far from Camps Bay, Boulders Beach and the V+A Waterfront. It really is the best of both worlds, quiet and peaceful yet central.

Love the Leopard Lounge! Perfect view from dining areas. Finally got the room upgrade provided by Amex Centurion and ended up with a great ocean view room. This is the place to spend more to get an ocean front view as was priceless. The staff was superb on all levels. Great car service to center of Cape Town and meeting of special requests. FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! LOVED IT!

What a view with exceptional service
Can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place. This hotel elevates Cape Town. Spa services, food services, and bar services are exceptional. Great bathtub and shower in the rooms too. They even have a neat hiking trail with amazing views and plants. I could live at The Twelve Apostles Hotel.
