Moremi Game Reserve

Moremi is a part of the Okavanga Delta that was set aside by the local BaTwana and protects the main area of the delta and has a number of surrounding private concessions. It is a lush and varied patchwork of lagoons, pans, plains, and forests and is one of Africa’s best wildlife areas with high concentrations of relaxed game. There are wet and dry areas where you can take part in game drives, walks or boat safaris or Mokoro trips in the famous wooden canoes through the many channels of the delta. The bigger game tends to be on the drier areas, particularly the predators.
